LIABILITY EXCLUSION

In order to participate in the adrenalin company bagjump experience, you must agree to the following liability exclusion agreement.

Please read the agreement carefully:

My participation in the “Adrenalin Company - BAGJUMP Tour” and the associated use of the event setup is at my own risk and responsibility.
In the event of injuries or other negative consequences of use or participation, neither the organizer, nor the operator, nor the sponsors, nor other persons involved in connection with the above-mentioned sporting event are responsible or liable.
I have been informed about the requirements that participation places on my athletic ability and my physical condition, and I confirm that I am healthy and sufficiently trained.
I acknowledge the rules of the event and I participate of my own free will and with full responsibility for my actions.
Persons weighing less THAN 30 KILOS are NOT permitted to use the BAGJUMP!
I hereby confirm that I am over 14 years of age. For persons under 14 years of age, the signature of a parent or legal guardian or adult accompanying person is required.

Rules for using the BAGJUMP™:
1. All sharp objects must be left in the cloakroom (keys, cell phones, bags, sunglasses, shoes, etc.).
2. Pay attention to the signs - PROHIBITIONS & RULES! Especially HOW to jump
3. Follow the instructions of BAGJUMP™ staff
4. No jumping if you have an injury, illness, are pregnant, or under the influence of alcohol or drugs
5. Leave the BAGJUMP™ in the EXIT area
6. Jumping is at your own risk
7. Parents are liable for their children
